MUSICIANS ON CALL (MOC) will celebrate 10 years in NASHVILLE with a THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26th show at NASHVILLE’s CITY WINERY starring LADY ANTEBELLUM. The evening will be hosted by PREMIERE syndicated “BOBBY BONES SHOW” host, BOBBY BONES, who is also a MOC Board member. Additional guests and performers will be announced soon. Originally founded in 1999, with a mission of bringing live and recorded music to patients in healthcare facilities, the program expanded to MUSIC CITY a decade ago.”MUSICIANS ON CALL is always something we’re quick to be part of,” said LADY ANTEBELLUM’s CHARLES KELLEY. “We’ve seen first-hand how powerful music is, especially in tough times, so we’re looking forward to helping celebrate their 10th anniversary.”
In addition to the CITY WINERY event, MOC will celebrate with high profile hospital visits, an online auction featuring signed memorabilia, and a fundraising campaign to sponsor 300 hospital rooms through MUSICIAN ON CALL’s’s Backstage Pass Club.
“We believe that MUSICIANS ON CALL is the most important gig in MUSIC CITY, and we’re excited to bring our supporters together for a great night of music with LADY ANTEBELLUM to celebrate our milestone,” said MOC President PETE GRIFFIN. “We couldn’t have reached this moment without the support of our volunteers, musicians, donors, hospital staff, partners, advisory board members, and Board of Directors who help us deliver the healing power of music to over 126,000 people in NASHVILLE.” More information here.
